Community rules and reporting

These rules apply to shared features in Hues House LLC products, including Cover Collective contributions and multiplayer game submissions.

• Respect others. Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or expose private information.
• Do not share illegal content, sexual exploitation material, malware, or material that violates another person's rights.
• Share only content you have permission or another lawful basis to share. A photograph of a copyrighted work is not automatically yours to redistribute.
• Do not evade moderation, bans, or access restrictions.
• Do not cheat or deliberately disrupt online games.

Report a problem

Use an in-app reporting control when available or email support@hueshouse.dev. Include the product, content or cover ID, room information, approximate time, and a description. Do not resend illegal imagery. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

We review reports and can remove content or restrict access based on the circumstances. To appeal a decision, reply to our notice or email the support address with relevant context. We cannot guarantee that all misconduct will be prevented or that content retained by other users can be recalled.

Use the copyright notice procedure for infringement claims. Repeated infringement can lead to termination in appropriate circumstances.
