Privacy policy
This policy describes information handled by Hues House LLC for hueshouse.dev, Lookshelf, Songsea, Spawna, and Street League Football. Features differ between products, platforms, and releases. The product sections explain those differences.
Company website and support
The company website presents our products and contact links. Its page code does not set cookies, load advertising, or send form submissions. The live website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and page performance. Hosting and network providers process requests such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. This is different from saying that a website collects no information.
When you email us, we receive your email address, message, and attachments. We use them to answer requests, troubleshoot problems, handle purchases and complaints, and protect our services. Send only the information needed for the request.
Lookshelf
Your private library, including shelves, book records, reading data, captured artwork, personal photos, decor and settings, stays in app-private storage. Keeping a library requires no account. The Android manifest disables cloud backup. Exports and copies you save outside the app are separate. Catalog searches send the title, author or ISBN to Google Books and Open Library and download catalog images; captured photographs are not sent as search input.
When an online contribution feature is available and you choose to use it, a captured cover contribution sends the processed image, ISBN, surface type, title when needed, account identifier, timestamp and accepted terms version to our Supabase service. Edition dimensions, tags, ratings and reports can also be sent when you choose those actions. Reports include the cover, reason and reporter account identifier. The app re-encodes contributed images to remove camera metadata, but private information visible in a photograph can remain. Check your image before sharing it.
Contributions can wait for moderation or be published under the configured contributor-trust policy. Published covers and contribution identifiers can be read by other users. Reports and the deletion-request queue are private to service administration.
Contribution, purchase or restore actions can create a server-issued anonymous account identifier. It is an account, not a guarantee of anonymity. Optional email or Google linking attaches a sign-in identity to the same account for recovery. Supabase receives the linked email and provider identity information; Google receives the sign-in request when you choose Google. Linking creates no public profile, does not upload the private library and does not promise library sync. Available online and sign-in features depend on your version and the service configuration.
Where Google Play pack purchases or restoration are offered, Google Play processes payment. The verification flow sends the pack ID, Google Play product ID and purchase token to our verification service and Google Play. Verification records include a one-way token hash, entitlements, purchase and acknowledgement state, and timestamps; the raw token is not stored in the purchase table. Store lifecycle messages can update or revoke entitlements. Shelf contents and artwork are not part of purchase evidence. We do not receive your full card details through checkout. Feature availability depends on the app version and store configuration.
If your Android version offers an account-deletion request, open You, then Account, and choose Request account deletion, followed by Send deletion request. Your authenticated session identifies the account without requiring email or Google linking. A successful submission records your account identifier, request time and processing status. Processing is manual; submission does not immediately delete the account. Keep access to this installation until your request is resolved. These instructions do not promise that the request control or its supporting service is available in every version.
For an external account or data request, email support@hueshouse.dev and describe what you want removed. An account or cover ID, or an email sender address alone, does not prove ownership. For an anonymous account, an authenticated session must establish ownership; use the in-app request when available or contact support before losing access. For a linked account, the existing sign-in identity must be verified. Recovery after access is lost is not guaranteed. See Lookshelf deletion instructions.
Account deletion does not erase your local library, refund a purchase or cancel a store-managed subscription. Request help before clearing app storage or uninstalling, because an anonymous session may be your only credential. Other readers can keep downloaded covers, and exports or other-device copies are separate. Retention of purchase, security, moderation, support, deletion-request and backup records depends on their purpose, applicable obligations and the request being reviewed. There is no universal fixed retention or deletion-completion period in this notice. Contact support for information about records relevant to your request and any records that must remain.
Songsea
Songsea imports audio files you select, reads available song metadata and cover art, and analyzes the audio on your device to create playable charts. Imported copies, decoded audio, charts, scores, challenge progress, timing history, settings, and acquisition or recovery records are stored locally. These local music-analysis functions do not upload your music, titles, artwork or chart contents.
In versions offering Apple catalog search, Apple receives your search terms and selected storefront country. Artist and track lookups send the relevant identifiers to Apple, and artwork is downloaded from Apple's content-delivery services. Opening an Apple song link can take you to Apple's store or another Apple service; those services process the visit and any purchase under their own policies. Opening a link does not establish ownership of a recording. Songsea imports readable, downloaded, unprotected audio; streaming access or a DRM-protected file is not a transferable music file.
Timing and acquisition diagnostics can contain song references, import outcomes, tap timing, device details and audio settings. Local diagnostics and recovery journals remain on the device unless you choose to share them. Copying a report puts it on your clipboard; sending it to support is your choice. File providers, device backups, app stores and operating systems handle information under their own policies.
App stores process purchases made through them. Songsea's separate app-operated purchase and chart-verification service is not configured in the current release candidate. Before enabling a service that sends purchase evidence or recording identifiers to an app-operated server, we will update this notice to describe the actual recipient, information and handling.
Spawna
Online games send display names, room information, game inputs, and scores to the game server and participating players. Depending on the game and your choices, inputs include photos, drawings, text, and voice recordings. Recording audio requires microphone access. Do not submit someone else's private information without permission.
Online media can be uploaded to Cloudflare R2 for delivery to the room. Server code requests removal when that media is no longer needed, such as when a game ends or a room closes. Cleanup can fail or be delayed. There is no universal maximum cloud-retention period stated here. Contact support about particular remote media or a removal request; we cannot recall copies independently saved by recipients.
Room media is not a confidential messaging service. A recipient can save or redistribute what they see, and someone who obtains a media URL may access it while it remains available. Do not upload sensitive material.
When using the Android app's local hosting mode, game traffic passes between the host device and players on its local network. Online website play uses remote servers. Browser storage remembers items such as a player token, name, room, preferences, and game settings; cached site files help the app load. Clear that site's storage to remove those local copies.
Street League Football
Local play stores game preferences, player appearance, control settings, and other saved game data on the device or in browser storage. Browser graphics diagnostics can also be saved locally. In network play, player identifiers or display names, inputs, and game state are exchanged with the host or server and other players as needed to run the match. Available network features vary by release. Do not assume that locally stored replays or diagnostic files have been uploaded merely because they exist on your device.
Purposes and recipients
We use information to provide requested features, deliver content, recognize purchases, answer support requests, investigate abuse, and meet legal obligations. Hosting, storage, email, and app-store providers process the information needed for those functions. Catalog providers receive the searches described above. Other players receive content you share through a game or community feature. We may disclose necessary information in response to lawful process or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or share it for other companies' marketing. We do not run advertising or a mailing list. Operational disclosure to a hosting provider or another player is still disclosure and is described in this policy.
Analytics and crash reports
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures website visits and performance using a browser beacon. Its reported metrics include page views and loading performance. See Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare privacy information. This is separate from app diagnostics. Local diagnostic files remain on your device unless you choose to share them. App stores and operating systems may provide diagnostics under their own controls. Before introducing another remote analytics or crash-reporting service, we will update this policy and provide any required notice and choices.
Retention and security
We keep support information for as long as needed to resolve the request and related disputes. We retain purchase, security, and legal records only as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. Retention depends on the purpose of the record, whether a service or support request is ongoing, fraud and security needs, relevant disputes, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. The product sections describe local and shared data separately. There is no single retention period for all records. Ask our privacy contact about the categories and retention applicable to a particular request; we explain relevant ownership checks and exceptions. Removing an app does not erase information already sent to us or independently stored by a provider. No system or transmission can be guaranteed secure.
Your choices and requests
Contact support@hueshouse.dev to request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of information we hold about you, or to ask about processing. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent for future processing, appeal a denied request, or complain to a privacy regulator. We will explain any identity verification or lawful exception and respond within the period required by applicable law. We do not penalize you for exercising applicable rights.
Include the product and an account or contribution identifier if available. Do not send passwords or complete payment details. We may need information that connects you to an anonymous account before acting on it. See deletion instructions.
Children and international use
If you believe a child has supplied personal information without required permission, contact us so we can investigate and address it. Our baseline is a general-audience service for people aged 13 or older, not a service directed to children under 13. If local law requires an older age or parental authorization for a feature, that requirement also applies. A store age rating is not permission to provide personal information. If we learn that we collected information from a child without required authorization, we will take steps to delete it.
International privacy
Hues House LLC operates in the United States. Network, hosting, storage, and store providers can process information in other countries. Where European or UK data-protection law applies, we rely on performance of a contract for requested services, legitimate interests for proportionate service security and support, legal obligations for required records, and consent where required for optional processing. You can request information about relevant recipients and transfer safeguards from our privacy contact. International transfers must use a lawful mechanism where required; this notice does not substitute for those arrangements.
Changes and contact
We update this notice when our practices change and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. A privacy notice does not itself constitute consent to optional processing.
