Terms of use

These terms concern Hues House LLC's company website and its Lookshelf, Songsea, Spawna, and Street League Football products. Product availability and features vary. Any purchase-specific terms and mandatory store terms also apply. These terms apply from the effective date shown above, subject to any required notice or acceptance for a particular product. They do not replace mandatory store terms or retroactively change rights already granted.

Age eligibility

Our general-audience services are intended for people aged 13 or older. If you are below the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize use and any purchases where required. A higher local age or consent requirement applies where relevant. Do not provide personal information or contribute content when you cannot meet those requirements.

Using our services

Use the services lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not attack the service, evade access restrictions, cheat in online competition, distribute malware, impersonate others, harass people, or upload illegal material. You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure.

Our software and your content

We and our licensors retain rights in the software, website, and supplied assets. Subject to applicable purchase and license terms, you may use the products for their intended purposes. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law makes nonwaivable.

You keep the rights you hold in your own content. Importing music or photographing a book does not transfer someone else's copyright to you. Only use or share content when you have the necessary rights or a legal basis. A Songsea purchase does not grant a license to distribute music, and owning a physical book does not automatically grant permission to publish its cover artwork.

Sharing content

When you choose to submit content to a shared feature, you give Hues House LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, resize, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate that feature. This includes using service providers and delivering content to intended recipients. It does not authorize selling your content or using it for unrelated marketing.

Cover Collective contributions are intended for other readers to access. Room submissions are intended for participants in that game. Recipients may retain copies. Removing content ends our ongoing permission to use it for the feature, except for necessary backups, legal records, and copies already delivered to recipients as described in the privacy policy.

Purchases and refunds

Prices, available features, and any recurring charges must be shown before purchase. Purchases through a store are processed under that store's checkout, payment, cancellation, and refund procedures, subject to your statutory rights. Deleting an app or account does not cancel a subscription. Contact the store to manage a store subscription and contact support@hueshouse.dev for help identifying a transaction. We do not waive mandatory refund or consumer rights.

Moderation and suspension

We may restrict access or remove content to address violations, safety concerns, infringement, or legal requirements. We consider the circumstances and provide notice or an explanation where appropriate and permitted. Report concerns or appeal an action to support@hueshouse.dev. Our community rules and copyright policy describe reporting routes.

Availability and consumer rights

Services can be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. Keep copies of important local data. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.

Changes and questions

We will identify revised terms and provide notice and obtain acceptance where required. Revised terms do not retroactively change the license for an earlier contribution without a valid basis. Contact us with questions or a dispute so we can try to resolve it. Applicable mandatory law continues to govern your rights.
